    • Check-in is at 2:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Extensions must be requested at least 12 hours in advance.
    • A strict "No Payment, No Accommodation" policy is enforced.
    • Strictly no noise, parties, or drink-up gatherings are allowed.
    • Strictly a maximum of 6 guests and 2 cars are allowed per apartment.
    • COVID-19 Adherence: Masks must be worn, and social distancing maintained in all public spaces within the complex.

       

    House Rules

    By signing the check-in form, you agree to observe the house rules and accept full responsibility for any breakages, loss, or damage caused to the premises and/or its contents, whether directly or indirectly by you, any other occupant, or any person you invite into the premises during your stay. You also authorize the Host to deduct the cost of such breakages, loss, or damage from the Security Deposit.

    If the Security Deposit is insufficient to cover the costs, you consent to the Host charging your credit card for the remaining balance. Should the credit card payment fail for any reason, you agree to settle the amount due within 7 days of receiving written notice from the Host.

    Additionally, you acknowledge that your deposit may be forfeited as a penalty for failure to comply with the house rules and accept responsibility for any resulting legal action or prosecution.

     

     

    Check In Form

    Every guest is required to fill in and sign a check-in form before checking in. This is necessary for security and administrative purposes as required by law. In case of an emergency, it will also allow us to know who to contact on your behalf. Unfortunately, keys can only be handed over once this form is completed.
